SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping Methods: Within the Continental United States we use FedEx Home Delivery. To Hawaii and Alaska, we use FedEx Home Delivery or FedEx 2Day. In every case, we will charge the lowest advertised shipping rate. Please contact us at (410) 822-7400 or email@example.com if you have any questions or concerns. All overseas shipments will be processed individually. Please contact us at (410) 822-7400 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Processing Time: Your item will be shipped in 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Turtle Beach Designs will contact you via email if the item you selected is not available at the time of the order. Tracking information will be provided to you by email. An adult signature is required upon delivery for all orders.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns & Refunds: At Turtle Beach Designs, customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 3 days of receipt for a full refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. To receive a full refund in the original form of payment: the item must be shipped within 3 days of receipt; its tags must be attached, and; the item must be returned in the condition it was received. The customer is responsible for return packing and shipping cost. Any items damaged, soiled or altered in any way will not be accepted for return. If we do not hear from you within 3 days of receipt, we will consider the sale final. Return Instructions: Call us at (410) 822-7400 or send us an e-mail at email@example.com to initiate the return process. The item must be securely packed for return. You may use the original packing material but be sure to remove or cover any other labels. You have three return options to choose from:
Any Carrier: We provide you with a return shipping address, and you provide and pay for your own mailing label using the carrier of your choice.
FedEx drop-off: We provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for your return package and you take it to an authorized FedEx shipping location. This option allows you to track your package on its way back to us. The cost for this option will be deducted from your refund amount.
FedEx pickup: We contact FedEx and arrange for them to pick up your package from the address it was originally shipped to. This is ideal for large or heavy items that are hard to carry. This option allows you to track your package on its way back to us. The cost for this option will be deducted from your refund amount.
You will receive an e-mail notification once your return has been processed. Notes: We will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any items returned without a valid return authorization. Any returns shipped without a return authorization will be refused.
